Refund Policy
A request for a refund will only be accepted within 3 days of receipt of the products ordered by the buyer. Once a refund is requested by the buyer, the product or products must be returned within 5 days of receipt of the order in the same condition as dispatched to the buyer. The postage fees for the return to the seller JoolzArtStudio is at the buyers expense. Upon receipt of returned products, in the same condition as originally dispatched to the buyer, a refund wil be processed within 48 hours. No refund will be made if a request for a refund is made outside of this timescale or should the product not be returned in the same condition as dispatched by the seller JoolzArtStudio to the buyer or buyers.
Refund Policy - the basics
1.A refund request within 3 days of receipt of the order. Email Joolz below.
2. Refunds will be made for damage on Transit such as significant dents, cracks only. Once evidence is received uon recipt of the delivery only.
3.Any orders must be returned within 5 days of the buyer receiving their order in the same condition as dispatched by the seller.
3.Refunds are made within 48 hours if the two above points are satisfied.
